The challenge

A B2B startup with strong product-market fit had no public-facing site. They needed to go from zero to a polished, conversion-focused marketing site in six weeks to support an upcoming product launch and outbound sales push.

What we did

  • Ran a compressed strategy phase — positioning, messaging hierarchy, and information architecture defined in one week
  • Designed a modular page system in Figma using a small, reusable set of sections the team could remix for future pages without design support
  • Built with Next.js and Tailwind CSS, deploying to Vercel with preview branches for stakeholder review on every push
  • Implemented analytics-ready CTAs with event tracking from day one — every button, form, and scroll depth measured
  • Optimised for performance from the start — no JavaScript shipped for static sections, images served in WebP with responsive srcsets
